Lesley Nicole grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma — loved by her adoptive parents, admired by her peers, and quietly drowning. She attempted suicide more than once. Not because no one loved her, but because no one knew how to reach her.
That is the gap Just One Can was built to close. Today, Lesley Nicole speaks internationally, has trained thousands of adults, and built a proprietary method that transforms ordinary relationships into lifelines — with deep consideration for neurodivergent children and families navigating ADHD.
She has also raised 5 children of her own and fostered 16 more. The Trusted Adult Method™ isn't something she teaches from research alone — it's something she lived, in her own home, over 25+ years.
